To ensure that all goes smoothly, please read the following carefully, as it will provide valuable information about your tour package, including race day information. Wednesday, April 6th
1:00 pm – 5:00 pmHospitality Desk Hours
The SET Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the main lobby of the Hyatt Regency. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
5:00 pm – 7:00 pmMasters Welcome Event
Our tour welcome event will take place in the Riverscape Room at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. Join us for appetizers, drinks, detailed information on the Masters and your Masters Badges, and a special industry speaker.
The Savannah Belles Ferry will take us across the river to The Westin. If you would like assistance and/or go over as a group, please meet SET staff in the lobby at 4:20 pm. The ferry departs around our event time at 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm. Please click the link above to view the full schedule.
Thursday, April 7th
5:00 amMotor Coach Departure
Motor coach departs from the Hyatt Regency for Augusta. Please meet us in the lobby at 4:30 am for grab-and-go snacks and coffee. Depending on traffic, the trip will be approximately 2-2.5 hours.
Upon ArrivalMASTERS – THURSDAY OPENING ROUND
We will arrive in Augusta at our hospitality house, the 1018 Club. Upon arrival, you will receive your Masters Badge from SET Staff. After you have signed out your Badge, you are free to enjoy the day. The 1018 Club is all-inclusive with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, multiple open bars, and more the entire day.
- The 1018 Club is approximately a 15-minute walk from the main gate of Augusta National. A shuttle is also available if needed.
- On-site, secure lockers are available to store your phone, valuables, souvenirs, etc during the day.
- Please be sure to leave your SET credential and lanyard behind, and adhere to the strict one re-entry policy into the course.
Dusk/End of PlayMotor Coach Departure
When play begins to wind down for the day, please return to the 1018 Club where SET staff will collect your Masters Badge. Once all travelers have returned from the course and signed in their Badges, the motor coach we will load and depart to return to the Hyatt Regency.
- Please Note: Your Masters Badge must be returned to SET staff at the end of the day.
Friday, April 8th
6:30 amShuttle Departure
For those who would like to get to the course early for our golf outing, a shuttle will depart the Hyatt Regency at 6:30 am.
If you have deducted golf from your travel package, please disregard this event and enjoy your free day in Savannah!
7:30 amGolf Outing
Taking place at The Club at Savannah Harbor, our golf outing will be a shotgun begin at 7:30 am. Please meet behind the Clubhouse to find your cart and pairings. The driving range will be open prior if you need to warm up before first tee.
- If you need to rent clubs for this outing, please call the course directly at 912-201-2240.
- Please take the Savannah Belles Ferry at your leisure to The Club at Savannah Harbor. If you plan to arrive prior to 7:00 am, you will need to rideshare, shuttle (via The Westin concierge: 912-201-2000), or taxi to the course.

Post-GolfGOLF OUTING LUNCH & AWARDS
After our golf outing, join us in the Clubhouse for a light lunch and awards ceremony.

4:00 pm – 6:00 pmMASTERS HAPPY HOUR & WATCH PARTY
Later in the afternoon, join us at Top Deck Savannah for a Masters Happy Hour and Watch Party. Second Round action will be playing, along with an open bar and appetizers. Top Deck Savannah is located next to the Hyatt Regency, on top of the Cotton Sail Hotel.

Masters Tournament: Patron Policies
Prohibited Items
- Electronic devices (Cell Phones, Laptops, Tablets, Beepers, and other electronics), including devices capable of transmitting photo/video
- Backpacks, Bags, and Purses larger than 10” x 10” x 12” (in its natural state)
- Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit)
- Cameras
- Radios, TVs, Noise or music producing devices
- Chairs/Seats with pointed ends, Folding armchairs, or Rigid type chairs
- Flags, Banners, or Signs
- Strollers
- Food, Beverage, or Coolers
- Golf Shoes with metal spikes
- Ladders, Periscopes, or Selfie sticks
Items can be securely stored at the 1018 Club.
Re-Entry Policy
Please note that patron Badges are valid for one (1) gate re-entry per day. Additional re-entries are not be permitted.
Chair Policy
One chair/seat will be allowed per person. Chairs/seats with pointed ends, folding armchairs and rigid type chairs are prohibited. Any chair on the property when the gates are closed or 30 minutes after play will be considered an abandoned item. Chairs are available for purchase at the main souvenir shop once you enter the primary course entrance (North Gate).
